Following the most recent advice from the Government, Bartec Auto ID have consulted with staff and have made provisions for them to work from home where possible for the foreseeable future.

Following the most recent advice from the Government, Bartec Auto ID have consulted with staff and have made provisions for them to work from home where possible for the foreseeable future. We have been preparing for this for some time and expect minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations as a result of the changes. Keeping our team safe and healthy is our highest priority and by rigorously following advice we aim to minimise the effects of Coronavirus on our team, and by implication on our customers and partners.

• From today, almost all of our staff who are able to, are working from home.
• Our normal helpdesk phone number 01226 209226 is active but subject to redirection and therefore you may get a better service online by emailing support@bartecautoid.com

We will work with our partners to find appropriate ways to continue working whilst minimising risks. However, for the foreseeable future our aim is to avoid travel and direct contact wherever it is practical to do so. By working together we hope to be able to contribute to slowing down the spread of the virus and in doing so reduce the impact on all our operations.
