Testing in the tyre and wheel assembly area gives an additional level of quality that the assembled part is good and also provides error proof checking to the customer to ensure the right part is first time fitted.

Bartec Auto ID can provide full turn-key provision on existing tyre and wheel lines, or integrate to new lines during the build phase.  A dedicated worldwide team can support this to give the best level of support and expertise.

Bartec Auto ID already use their own design and manufactured second generation TPMS antennas, created to support the unique requirements of TPMS. These antennas provide many features that allow them to be deployed onto existing conveyor lines with minimal interruption and installation, and maximum robustness and benefits.

Linking these systems directly to the conveyor sequencing process allows flexibility on the deployment of such systems. Keeping the cycle time within the existing line requirements, meaning minimal disruption and running of the process when introduced.

Bartec Auto ID has a universal design for the TPMS antennas, and they are able to support all known OE sensors and can be easily updated using a software process, ensuring multiple sensors can be supported on the same line at the same time.
