Testing of TPMS Assembly into Wheel (DETECT)

TPMS Fitted to a VehicleBartec Auto ID have supplied automated and manual TPMS learning and programming systems for production lines to vehicle manufacturers around the world.

Final line systems, by their very nature, must be highly reliable and need minimal user intervention if automated. The process usually includes some integration with the factory systems so that vehicles can be successfully identified before being read by the equipment.

The most important design feature of the Bartec Auto ID antenna systems is to distinguish between real and false radio signals to eliminate RF reflections and crosstalk.

The Bartec Auto LF and RF design of antenna system provides the very highest performance of TPMS equipment and minimises rework.

Manual and automatic options are provided and are chosen according to projected volume. Both serve for activation and reading of tyre pressure sensors at every wheel fitted to the vehicle. Transmission of data is directly carried out to the vehicle or the database system of the site for control and usage in following stations or at the rolling road.

Customers include Ford, Chrysler, GM, Mitsubishi, Renault, Volvo, Nissan, Subaru, Isuzu, Land Rover, Jaguar, Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia, BMW, Mercedes and wheel manufacturers and assemblers across the world. Our tools are designed to activate and decode all TPMS sensors on the market.
