BXR range of portable TPMS readers

The BXR-LHF is a portable TPM reading product specifically designed for the Automotive Plant. It is used in testing and reading TPMs at various stages of the manufacturing and assembly process. The tool is able to activate high power and low power TPMs from Schrader, Lear, Siemens, TRW, Beru and Pacific and give immediate feedback, displaying all data (pressure, temperature, ID, battery status, mode status and other data. It is also able to change the mode of the TPM as appropriate and can be supplied in battery powered or cabled (mains powered) formats. The BXR hand held tool can be programmed to communicate with PC, PLC, or the vehicle ECU via CANbus, k-line or J1850. And it is well suited to high throughput manual applications.

All models come with Ni-MH batteries, which give the reader a capability of a minimum of 2500 reads without recharging. An RS232 port is standard on all models to permit download of data to a PC or portable computer.

BXR range of portable TPMS reader cradles

The CD-POD Charger Stand with Bracket is available as an accessory to the BXR portable reader to enable charging and data transfer to outside systems. This cradle is designed for manufacturing environments and comes with a stand and bracket for floor mounting so the BXR unit can be located at the best height for the user.
